The service and staff at this hotel was fantastic. Every staff member was attentive and care for our every need. The food was great and they served great cocktails. We would stay again on our next visit to Munich.

Leider hat sich seit unserem letzten Besuch sehr viel - nicht zum Besseren - geändert! Frühstück am ersten Tag: OHNE Worte - keine 30 cm von uns entfernt reparierte der Handwerker die Anlage und eine Angestellte putzte aus dem vollkommen verdreckten Schrank dicke Staubschichten in den Raum während wir das Frühstück einnahmen. Es erfolgte keine Entschuldigung, wir haben das Frühstück dann abgebrochen. Beim Frühstück am Sonntag war der junge Mann vollkommen überfordert. Schade - Ihr Hotel war etwas besonderes.

Es tut uns sehr leid zu lesen, dass Ihr Aufenthalt diesmal nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat und Sie insbesondere beim Frühstück unangenehme Situationen erlebt haben. Wir bedauern sehr, dass durch die laufenden Reparaturarbeiten und das Reinigungsmanagement während Ihrer Mahlzeit Ihre Ruhe und Ihr Wohlbefinden gestört wurden. Dass Sie das Frühstück abbrechen mussten, entspricht nicht unserem Anspruch an Gastfreundschaft.

Auch Ihre Beobachtung, dass unser Servicemitarbeiter beim Frühstück überfordert wirkte, nehmen wir sehr ernst. Wir wissen, dass unser Hotel für Sie bisher immer etwas Besonderes war, und verstehen Ihre Enttäuschung darüber, dass dies nicht mehr in gleichem Maße der Fall ist.
