Ein wirklich tolles, stylisches Stadthotel. Die Lage direkt am Marienplatz ist unschlagbar. Klein, fein, persönlich. Alle Mitarbeiter sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir werden beim nächsten Besuch in München sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Good. They did not have the room we booked so upgraded (problem with plumbing) for one night and downgraded for two nights and gave us free breakfast. Very professionally handled. The top
Suite (with balcony) is a bit dark inside.

Beautiful room in a perfect location. Wonderful modern design. We would have enjoyed a smart TV with Netflix and Disney connection. The way from the parking platz and back was inconvenient, as there are no elevators to the bottom. This meant the luggage needed to be lifted all the way up and down. We will happily come again and recommend the hotel to our friends.

Nice comfortable suite to be spoilt by above inconveniences.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found our suite comfortable, but we are truly sorry to learn that certain aspects did not meet your expectations.

Please accept our apologies for the disappointment regarding the terrace view and the BBQ availability during winter. Due to safety regulations the BBQ facilities are indeed closed in the colder months, but we understand how this might have been inconvenient for you. We also appreciate your comment about the kettle — your feedback is valuable, and we will review this internally to see how we can improve guest convenience in the future.

We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again in one of our Suites facing Marienplatz View.
