Positives
Very good, helpful staff who helped with everything we needed. Geat room with nice fittings, we enjoyed having the huge bath, terrace and extra bathroom, extras at reception are a nice bonus. Lovely and quiet too, minus the church bells and glockenspiel that seem to go on forever at random times!

Negatives
The minibar is small and warm, not particularly useful if you like to buy your own drinks or food.

The mattress seems to be memory foam and so had the physical depressions of other guests, not comfortable and we didn't sleep well.

Tiny towels.

Would definitely stay again if in München.

The service and staff at this hotel was fantastic. Every staff member was attentive and care for our every need. The food was great and they served great cocktails. We would stay again on our next visit to Munich.

Leider hat sich seit unserem letzten Besuch sehr viel - nicht zum Besseren - geändert! Frühstück am ersten Tag: OHNE Worte - keine 30 cm von uns entfernt reparierte der Handwerker die Anlage und eine Angestellte putzte aus dem vollkommen verdreckten Schrank dicke Staubschichten in den Raum während wir das Frühstück einnahmen. Es erfolgte keine Entschuldigung, wir haben das Frühstück dann abgebrochen. Beim Frühstück am Sonntag war der junge Mann vollkommen überfordert. Schade - Ihr Hotel war etwas besonderes.
