The staff is what makes this hotel a wonderful experience. Friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
Only issue we had was building elevator was not working 2 times during our visit. Using the stairs up to the 5th floor was a little exhausting. Elevator is not owned by Beyond by Geisel, but does impact there brand.
