Service was top notch; actually it was better than Mandarin, Kempinski, and other 5 stars because the service was so personal. Jana did a fantastic job with breakfast in the mornings. She knew our order, made special requests happen easily and was very kind. Jonathan, in the evenings, was the most accommodating service employee we have encountered. He is very passionate about helping guests. Showed my son a new drink and went out of his way to be friendly and kind. Beyond is very fortunate to have him.

Amazing. What a great boutique hotel. Everything from the amazing book-filled lobby to the great breakfast to the friendly, down-to-earth service was excellent. My firm booked this for me, and I was delighted. Will definitely recommend to others.
