Sehr freundliches Personal
Reichhaltiges und schön zubereitetes Frühstück
Empfang bei unserer Ankunft war unprofessionell

It is an excellent boutique hotel and it was a great stay! My only critique is the entrance of the hotel. Since it is a shared building, it's not very well marked and doesn't exactly give you the feeling of entering a luxury hotel.

Thank you very much for your valuable feedback regarding your stay with us.

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your time at our boutique hotel and that the size of your room and the view were particular highlights for you. Your positive comments about the service and cleanliness of our hotel are a great motivation for our entire team.

We also appreciate you addressing the situation regarding our hotel entrance so openly. Due to our unique location in a shared building and our immediate proximity to the pedestrian zone, access routes are indeed somewhat limited, which affects the signage of the entrance.

We would be pleased to welcome you back again in the future.
Additionally, we offer you a 10% discount with the booking code LOYALTY, which you can use for your next reservation. For bookings, please feel free to contact us by phone at +49 (0) 89 700746 727 or simply book online.

Top Lage und auch alles Andere. Wir waren Lange nicht mehr dort. Ich erinnere. Mich, dass es früher Snacks und Drinks @probino" gab. Die Minibar könnte anspruchsvoller besetzt sein.

It was excellent. Thank you for providing us with a spotless room. Thank you for also providing us with the free upgrade. The room and the view were amazing! Also, thank you to the front desk for calling a cab for us to the airport. We didn't realize that had been done on our behalf, but greatly appreciated it. Thank you!
