Overall experience was good, however:
- every day the bread given with breakfast was HARD so we presume OLD
- one evening from 23:00 till
02:30
- one evening from 22:00 till
24:00 we could
not sleep because a group of people was shouting and laughing in the breakfast area. They stopped only when we convinced them of our unhappiness.
We did not see personnel.

The overall experience was excellent. Everyone could not have been any nicer. Made us feel very welcome. Very well run hotel.

Tophotel an Toplage. Frühstück serviert, grosse Auswahl, sehr fein.
Exzellenter Service, sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ruhiges Ambiente, weil nur die Hotelgäste Zugang haben. Direkt am Marienplatz gelegen, ÖV direkt vor dem Hotel. Zimmerpreise hoch angesetzt, Preis-Leistung stimmt! Einfach empfehlenswert… gerne wieder!
