Everyone was so helpful and nice--especially Jackie and Claire. They made our trip a lovely experience and treated us like Kings. Thanks to everyone. We'll recommend Beyond by Geisel again and again. Thank you for making our first time in Germany a luxurious one.

Exceptional - we ended up arriving at 7.00 in the morning. Janna at reception bent over backwards to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We were able to get into our room at 11.00 even though it didn’t have to be ready before 3.00.

The location is excellent, walking distance to everything, and the subway to the train is two stops, which you can take right at your doorstep. The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The view from the lounge/ breakfast area is beautiful of the central plaza, and you can also watch the daily scheduled clock chime from that area. The front check-in area also has a well-stocked bar, and we were offered a welcome drink and unlimited snacks such as croissants, cookies, and other snacks.

Very well taken care of without feeling that staff was hovering. The size of the hotel is really conducive to a warm embrace.
