Everything was amazing…from the staff service to the room itself and the location was just the best in Munich. Thanks to the team for all the handholding organizing our day trips and helping us figure out transportation. We will be back! Bb

The staff at this hotel is head and shoulders above any we have ever experienced.
They cater to all your needs and more.
We loved our room and the location is amazingly situated right in the middle of everything.

Bei ihrem WLAN würde ich mir eine bessere Leistung wünschen. Man kann noch nicht mal ein Video über ihr WLAN abrufen mit nur äußerst schlechter Qualität!

In Sachen Klimaanlage hörte ich, dass ab Mitte April die Klimaanlage scharf geschaltet wird. Zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt auf der Sonnenseite auch keine Leistung aus der Klimaanlage.

Das Frühstück ist wunderbar und herausragend ist zu beantworten, dass ihre Servicemitarbeiter besonders eine Mitarbeiterin, deren Namen ich nicht weiß, im Tagdienst aber auch der junge Mann im Abenddienst herausragende Arbeit tätigen!!!

Wir entschuldigen uns jedoch für die Unannehmlichkeiten bezüglich des WLANs und der Klimaanlage. Wir verstehen, wie wichtig schnelles und zuverlässiges Internet ist, und werden das Problem mit unserem technischen Team besprechen, um eine Verbesserung zu gewährleisten. Auch die Klimaanlage werden wir ab Mitte April wie angekündigt aktivieren, aber wir verstehen, dass dies für Sie jetzt unangenehm war, besonders auf der sonnigen Seite des Zimmers.

Really great, except when arriving the door is slightly hidden and the old lift doesn't give us confidence. Yet on arrival the hotel and staff were rillit.

Love that it was an all Adults Only hotel as this kept the hotel quiet and cosy. Great view of the marienplaz and the Clock tower. Library design was amazing and it was wonderful to just sit in this area and immerse oneself with the wide variety of books. We had a couple of meals there and the dishes served were delicious. Like that they had a table of snacks and drinks for in house guests. The hospitality team was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Great experience staying at this hotel
