The staff were all exceptionally good, helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was uncomfortable as the tables were too small.
Overall, a relaxing stay and atmosphere.

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Ausblick, allerdings sollte man nicht zu Geräuschempfindlich sein und es gäbe noch ein bisschen Verbesserungspotenzial - siehe oben - vor allem bei dem Preis! Es ist ziemlich teuer.
Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter ! Könnten aber ein bisschen mehr erklären- wie funktioniert was…

We had ordered a transfer from the airport (Limo) arranged by the hotel, but we were disappointed when the driver wasn't there and we had to wait about 10 minutes, then we saw him outside with a cigarette and walked to him. The car was still a taxi, not a VIP level :( Breakfast is difficult to eat on those small tables.
We asked for ham and got 1 slice to share between two people. Well we got more when we asked..

A 10 out of 10.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by your staff (from Kenya). She did her best to have our rooms ready before the check in time. This allowed us to rest after almost 20 hours of traveling.

We enjoyed the hotel's boutique concept which really made us felt welcomed and at home, especially when being greeted each time we return to the hotel.

Location couldnt be any more convenient. Top must see touristy places and shopping stores are just steps away. Metro station too so it was very convenient for us to travel to our next destination even though we had big and small luggages with us.

The list goes on but I would recommend that anyone come and experience Beyond by Geisel him/herself to truly have a great experience.

Mit Ihren Mitarbeitern bin ich sehr zufrieden. Aber ich habe deutliche Kritik: Die Eingangssituation ist abschreckend und ästhetisch nicht akzeptabel. Es gibt nicht einmal eine Gegensprechanlage. Der Eingang müsste so umgestaltet werden, dass man ihn als Hotel erkennt und es müsste auch ein Mitarbeiter hier permanent zur Verfügung stehen. Dass die Damen das Gepäck transportieren ist unmöglich, als männlicher Gast fühle ich mich damit schlecht. Am frühen Morgen gibt es nur zwei Personen Personal für Frühstück, das ist zu wenig! Es braucht mindestens drei Personen. Bei der Kreditkarten Abbuchung erscheint nicht der Hotel Name. Beinahe hätte ich sie zurückgehen lassen.

Preis Leistung stimmt hier leider überhaupt nicht.
