First time at this beautiful boutique hotel. The service was wonderful and nothing was a problem. Stayed in the junior suite with Marienplatz view. This was definitely the best place to stay in Munich.

Fantastic experience. Both of the young gentlemen at reception and concierge were exceptionally helpful, courteous, and went out of their way to assist us with our luggage. Their professionalism and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. Thank you again to them both for their outstanding service.

Eigentlich ein sehr schöne Erfahrung, abgesehen von dem oben geschilderten Problem, welches von der Rezeption zur Kenntnis genommen wurde. jedoch hätte man hier auch so reagieren können, dass der Zimmerservice z. B. aufs Haus geht.

Sehr geehrter Herr Yannakopoulos,

vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung und Aufenthalt im BEYOND by Geisel.

No windows no elevators no door to the shower

Dear guest,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback.

We'd like to gently mention that an elevator is available serving all floors up to the 6th, so please do let our front desk team know and they'll be happy to assist. We're also glad to say that we offer rooms with regular windows, and would be more than happy to arrange one for you on a future stay.

We truly hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back soon for an even more comfortable experience!

Warm regards,
