The staff went over and above anything we could have hoped for. They were so very kind! They made it hard to leave! We will definitely be back and have told so many people about your hotel! One of our very favorites!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect location for the Christmas markets. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. It was quite an expensive stay and in relation to the TV, I would expect at least one English speaking channel that wasn't just news-related as sometimes relaxing with a film is part of the holiday experience.

We have a wonder stay at Beyond. The accommodations and food was perfect. Staff was lovely. The location was super.

Very good except for lack of transparency. After ordering a beverage a bill was not presented
