Good. They did not have the room we booked so upgraded (problem with plumbing) for one night and downgraded for two nights and gave us free breakfast. Very professionally handled. The top
Suite (with balcony) is a bit dark inside.

Beautiful room in a perfect location. Wonderful modern design. We would have enjoyed a smart TV with Netflix and Disney connection. The way from the parking platz and back was inconvenient, as there are no elevators to the bottom. This meant the luggage needed to be lifted all the way up and down. We will happily come again and recommend the hotel to our friends.

Please accept our apologies for the disappointment regarding the terrace view and the BBQ availability during winter. Due to safety regulations the BBQ facilities are indeed closed in the colder months, but we understand how this might have been inconvenient for you. We also appreciate your comment about the kettle — your feedback is valuable, and we will review this internally to see how we can improve guest convenience in the future.

Hotel met perfecte ligging en een ongeëvenaard uitzicht op het stadhuis (Marienplatz) – zelfs vanuit je bed! De kamers zijn uitstekend geïsoleerd, met een mooie badkamer en een apart toilet. Het bedlinnen is van topkwaliteit, wat zorgt voor een heerlijk comfortabele nachtrust.

Het à-la-carteontbijt is heerlijk, en het hotel straalt de charme uit van een kleinschalig, stijlvol boutique hotel. Het personeel is buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een speciale vermelding voor de conciërge, Corina: een uiterst vriendelijke en professionele dame die alles tot in de puntjes regelt. Dankzij haar konden we genieten van topplaatsen bij Bayern München – alles verliep perfect en zonder moeite.

Kortom: een fantastisch verblijf op een toplocatie. Absoluut een aanrader!
