As already stated in a personal talk as well as a follow up via mail, this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.
There are many great hotels but very few which combine - the USP of a small Boutique hotel, the feeling of being at home, the service of a 5start hotel, the quietness of a mountain hut as well as the location in the middle of town.
Very well thought through and compliments to Mr. Geisel for his risk taking and forward thinking in developing something outstanding.
(I own hotels myself and am also an Interior Designer, as well as have worked world-wide for an american company and travelled extensively, so I do know, what I am talking about:-))

Dear Mrs. Gabriel,

Thank you very much for your exceptionally thoughtful and detailed review.
We are truly honored by your kind words. Your recognition of the balance we aim to achieve—combining the character of a boutique hotel, the comfort of a private residence, the standards of a five-star service, and a unique sense of tranquility in a central location—is deeply appreciated.
Your acknowledgment of the vision and commitment behind the concept is especially meaningful to us. We will gladly share your compliments with the entire team.
It would be our pleasure to welcome you again in the future.

Sincerely,
Your BEYOND by Geisel Team

Great. The hotel is hard to find, being on the 5th and 6th floors of a nondescript building with a not obvious entrance. It is, however, extremely well located in the centre of Munich. The staff also do their very best to look after their guests’ needs as well as possible. The room and other facilities are also imaginatively decorated and much more sophisticated than the average hotel.

Dear Mr. Douglas,

Thank you very much for your detailed and positive feedback!
We’re delighted that you appreciated our central location, as well as the unique design and atmosphere of our hotel. We completely understand that finding the entrance can be a bit challenging on a first visit, and we truly appreciate your patience.
A special thank you as well for your kind words about our team. Providing attentive and personalized service is very important to us, and we’re glad this made a difference during your stay.
We would be very happy to welcome you again in the future!

Warmest regards,
