This is my second stay. My first one was 2014 when it's still called Fairprice Apartments. The overall experience is equally good although price-wise it is higher this time.

We had a great time at the Bold Apartments Frankfurt.
The man at reception was lovely and very helpful offering to give us directions to the nearest supermarket, train station and restaurants.
We only stayed two nights but could definitely see it as a liveable place long term too.

Almost 100%. The missing four we will get on your next stay.

OK, could have been better, but the bad smell in the room meant that we spent as little time as possible in there. I know we are not the only customers to point this out, so please do something about it.

We have been fully booked during this time. Otherwise we would have given you directly another room. We have guests who cook with foreign spices which you cant get out with just open the window. We do have an air-cleaner but it cleans 24 hours. In this case it wasnt possible. That there was another case in the same room was a coincidence. We hope to see you back soon in our house .

Für die Tatsache, dass das BOLD erst einige Monate alt ist, wirkt es schon etwas "verbraucht". Nicht die Zimmer, aber das Treppenhaus. (Steckdose hängt aus der Wand, Boden schmutzig, Farbflecken und fleckige Wände.) Das Personal ist bei unserer Abreise hinter der Theke am Butterbrotschmieren. Uns wird empfohlen, bei unserer Ankunft den Frühstücksservice zu buchen, welcher dann aber gar nicht funktioniert, da am nächsten Tag Sonntag ist (sollte doch der aufmerksame Rezeptionist eigentlich wissen?)

sehr schade, das wir es nicht geschafft haben Sie vollends zufrieden zu stellen. Unser Haus unterliegt einem ständigen Renovierungsprozess. Die Treppenhäuser werden gerade komplett neu verputzt, was zum schmutzigen Boden geführt hat. Die Steckdosen sind leider unsere tägliche Sollbruchstelle, sobald das Kabel vom Staubsauger zu kurz wird. Im Bezug auf das Frühstück stimme ich Ihnen komplett zu - dies hätte der Mitarbeiter erklären müssen. Nunja, das sich im Hintergrund ein Brötchen geschmiert wird ist nicht wirklich glücklich aber nach Aussage meiner Mitarbeiter wurde ihr Service dadurch nicht gestört. Es würde uns freuen Sie trotz Allem wieder bei uns zu begrüßen.

Excellent Clean Hotee Great Location for the Messe and staff all helpful and pleasant. Would most definitely stay agian.
