Arrived at 8.45 pm on a Sunday and there was no one at reception. I couldn't work out how increase the heat in the room so was freezing cold. Also no guidance on where to get anything to eat which isn't obvious in the area. The vending machine was useless as it only took 5-10 notes and most cash machines will issue 20s and 50s. Also in the morning having to walk ot just to get coffee is ridiculous. Why no supply coffee sachets, a coffee vending machine or even a thermos at reception with coffee. Overall I found Bold unsitable for a short work trip.
