Das Hotel ist gut ! - Leider kommt es mit den Jahren zu Abnutzungen, welche behoben werden sollten, wie z.B. der Teppichboden in den Gängen sowie die Macken ( ...Farbe) der an den Wänden innerhalb der Zimmer.

Selbstverständlich sind wir stetig dabei "Macken" zu beheben und in die Jahre gekommene Sachen auszutauschen - so haben wir gerade alle Wände in allen Gängen mit neuer Tapete versehen. Jetzt ist der Teppich dran :) Leider geht immer nicht alles auf einmal, sonst wäre das Hotel eine Baustelle.
Aber beim nächsten Besuch werden sie schon Veränderungen erkennen können.

Grundsätzlich ein schönes Hotel mit guten Zimmern. Aber es fehlt das letzte Quentchen zum "runden Konzept".

I stayed at the BOLD Hotel München Giesing for five nights from Aug 24 - 29. I have the following comments: 

- Our first impression, My wife & I, was very negative when we met the reception staff, I think his name was Jose. He was extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. He didn't make any eye contact when we tried asking him some questions, he made us feel as if we were staying at the hotel for free or even at his own personal expense. At the beginning, we thought it was just a coincidence or that he was perhaps having a bad day. However,  the same demeanor continued to be repeated on the 2nd and 3rd day. He truly made us feel as heavy guests

- Our room was not cleaned properly specially the toilet! . The room didn't have slippers, tissues, drinking water, bath robes. Later on we were told that we had to ask for them, do you believe it? These are basic things. Also, the bed pillows were hard and uncomfortable. We were soaring from our back the following day mainly because of the bed mattress as well

- It was extremely noisy both at night and early morning. The noise came from people loading and unloading trucks downstairs, train noise, room service pushing the cleaning carts… etc

- Even though the indicated time for breakfast is from 7 - 11 as we were informed from receiption, the waiters start clearing the buffet earlier, plus they don't check with customers whether they want final thing from the buffet before its closed as normal hotel staff normally do. Later on we were informed by someone else that breakfast ends at 11 only on weekends

- Receiption staff need to smile more often! It doesn't cost much. Specially the one lady who works on day shift I think. Someone from the staff made a mistake in our room billing and instead of trying to explain to me she goes right away and charge on an amount that I didn't agree on!

- Our positive feedback on this hotel goes to a young guy at the reception called Daniel. He was very polite and offered his assistance without us asking and was rather humble. Other than him, the rest really need an urgent training course on hospitality. Also, breakfast quality was really good

Das Bett war für uns (2Personen) doch zu klein und wegen der durchgehenden Matratze ungünstig. Ich konnte einfach nachts nicht gut schlafen. Die Lage war für uns gut, da wir unseren Sohn in der Nähe besuchen wollten. Das Hotel ist insgesamt ganz in Ordnung, aber wahrscheinlich sind wir zu alt so zu wohnen.
