The hotel was nice - it was clean and safe. The room was nice and big. I would say that the staff were not overly friendly - they were very practical. I travel 100% of the time for my work so I am a well experienced traveller and I'd say that you guys are trying to be very modern but you are forgetting that what travelers want is friendliness and comfort. If you want to see a hotel that is getting all 3 right have a look at the Crystal Towers hotels in Cape Town or the W Hotel in Atlanta - they get the modern aspect right but they are still very welcoming, friendly and just nice. For me, probably the best change that you could make is to put tea/coffee in the rooms - there is nothing as lovely as after a long day making yourself a cup of tea and drinking it in your room without knowing that you've had to pay for it. Oh another good hotel to check out is the Marta in Zurich - they definitely get it right.

Excellent stay, was afraid to far from Metro, but felt safe day/night. Great time.
