Schönes, praktisches Hotel - nahe der Innenstadt.

Good hotel, bad staff. Whilst Jose was outwardly rude, the rest of the staff were uninterested and could barely offer a luke warm greeting when we entered the hotel or bar area. The room was cozy and comfortable and the food we ate in the restaurant downstairs was good and of reasonably priced. Overall, I liked the hotel and would stay again if Jose was not there. I would like something done about this man, please keep me informed as to what. I would like some sort of apology.
