Stuhl war defekt (Lehne gebrochen/gesplittert), was offenbar vom Housekeeping übersehen wurde. Es bestand Verletzungsgefahr und wurde beim Sitzen gerade noch bemerkt. Da kein Haustelefon im Zimmer verfügbar war, wurde der Schaden persönlich in der Lobby gemeldet. Der Stuhl wurde sofort ausgetuscht.
