We appreciated your hotel. The bathroom was a little small but ok.

Good to know you liked your stay. Since we completely renovated the house to accommodate a Hotel instead of flats there was no way to make the bathrooms any bigger - we try to compensate with the size of the rooms, which are unusually large for a metropolis like Munich.

Ansprechendes, modernes Stadthotel mit optimaler Verkehrsanbindung zum Stadtzentrum. Nachteilig war die Hellhörigkeit des Gebäudes und der Straßenlärm.

The hotel is very clean, organized and comfortable. It´s not that close to the center, but it´s right next to the Poccistraße metro station, with which you arrive in the center in a few minutes (two stops to Marienplatz). It's easy to get to the Hauptbahnhof too, just needing to change the subway in Sendlinger Tor. Breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly and helpful. The internet did not work in the room, only in the common area.

Angenehmes Hotel, leider viel zu dünne Wände zu den anderen Zimmern, man hört wirklich absolut alles. auch, wenn jemand im Nachbarzimmer den Kleiderhakeln auf die stange hängt.
Personal wirkt leider demotiviert bis fast schon unhöflich, wenn zu viel zu tun ist, besonders beim Frühstück.
Da Zimmer und Preis aber wirklich top sind, kommen wir jedenfalls wieder.

Hauptproblem ist der Verkehrslärm der Lindwurmstraße. Im 7. Stock war das aber o.k. Nachts lautes und wiederkehrendes Schaltgeräusch (Aufzug, Beleuchtung?) im Gang des 7. Stocks.
Ansonsten war diese Zimmerkategorie (Bold Cosmo) perfekt.
