Good location with the underground in front. Wifi very bad connection. Scarce breakfast.

Schönes, modernes Stadthotel in zentraler Lage

The wifi if you are in the second building is basically non existent. On our first morning we mentioned it and with a shrug of the shoulders from the girl on the desk we were told that is the way it is. This may be acceptable to some, but when you require internet for business this would not be acceptable. Even lugging the laptop to the breakfast area did connect but was not terribly fast. When we checked out I mentioned it again and at least it was acknowledged by a different receptionist as an issue others had complained about. We were offered a reduction on our breakfast and bar charges as compensation and took it. But if we had known the wifi quality and the room was in another building across the parking lot I would have booked elsewhere.

Wunderbares Hotel für einen City-trip. U-Bahn Eingang fast im Hotel.

Servus und vielen Dank für die netten Worte! Gut, dass Sie unsere WIFI Verbindung ansprechen - wir arbeiten tatsächlich gerade mit Hochdruck daran, dieses Problem zu lösen. Was den Zeitpunkt der Reinigung angeht tut es uns leid, dass sie lange warten mussten, allerdings gehört es zu unserem Konzept, dass wir immer zuerst die Zimmer, in die neue Gäste anreisen, um diesen die Wartezeit, bis der Kopf auf das Kissen fällt etwas zu verkürzen. Nachmittags sind dann diejenigen dran, die uns ein paar Tage länger beehren. Wenn Sie eine frühere Reinigung wünschen können Sie dies aber auch gerne an der Rezeption erfragen - vielleicht dann ja beim nächsten Mal! Viele Grüße aus München schickt das BOLD Team.
