The Bold hotel is in a great location, there is an undergroumd station on your front door , a huge park at the back which hosts Oktoberfest, also while we where there, a Euro fan zone.
It is walking distance to the old town, about 15 mins
And the underground takes you to Olympic stadium in 30mins passing through most of the major stops that you will need to sightsee
