Very Enjoyable stay, would stay again but wouldn’t use hotel restaurant. There is a system to buy wine by the bottle in the hotel but then you are required to pay corkage to drink it in the restaurant, making it very expensive. Also the food in the restaurant could be improved, the presentation is good but flavour is lacking.
We do have a wine cellar available for our guests. It works in the same way as a minibar and is specific to the hotel.
As the restaurant has its own wine menu like any other restaurant, they do apply a corkage fee of CHF 20 if you come with a bottle from the minibar.
