The hotel and staff were fabulous throughout our stay. We were greeted with a warm welcome and lovely friendly staff. The room was amazing and a handwritten note welcoming us to the hotel was much appreciated. We will definitely be recommending to our friends and family

Sehr schönes Boutique Hotel mit toller Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt.
Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr saubere Räume.

Small lot … some difficulty with parking.
Great location and excellent service from staff.
Good variety for breakfast
Very elegant boutique hotel
No elevator access to middle floors. Need to carry luggage up the steps
This is our 4th time at Heidelberg Suites Hotel. Will definitely return
