Absolutely perfect. Most ideal location, good security, spaciousness and interiors of the apartment was a feast for the eyes. Would definitely recommend and 100% book again

It was brilliant. We will be back and we will always intend to book that apartment as it was perfect for our needs. Quiet at night as the bedroom was at the rear of the building and then a great living room, kitchen and balcony at the front for watching the world go by. Absolutely made our experience all the better.

Checking in was easy, and it was great to find a lovely apartment with a small shared garden outside, and the fan was on because it was still quite hot. It was a lovely area and great to have a place like this to come back to when needed.

Preis Leistung steht nicht im Verhältnis. Halb sanierte Räumlichkeiten. Offene Baustellen. Im Vorfeld schlechte Kommunikation.

Liebe Natascha, vielen Dank für die ehrliche Bewertung. Tut mir sehr leid, wenn es Missverständnisse bzgl. Rauchen im Apartment und vergünstigten Parkmöglichkeiten im Vorfeld gegeben hat, wahrscheinlich müssen wir daran arbeiten klarer und deutlicher mitzuteilen, dass Rauchen nur im Hof und gar nicht im Apartment, auch nicht am Fenster, möglich ist. Und vergünstigtes Parken nur mit eigener Parkkarte, die im Vorfeld beim Betreiber der Tiefgarage besorgt werden muss.
Dass der Wasserschaden im Wohnzimmer noch nicht beseitigt werden konnte, liegt, wie erklärt, daran, dass wir die bestehenden Reservierungen nicht so einfach stornieren können, sonst müssten die betroffenen Gäste, so wie ihr, eine alternative Unterkunft finden. Der Termin für die Überarbeitung dieses Schadens an Wand und Decke ist in den nächsten Wochen fest eingeplant, wir haben ein Zeitfenster gefunden, in dem das Apartment nicht bereits reserviert ist und dieses speziell dafür blockiert.
