thanks for taking the time to review us. I am very sorry that you have been disappointed by some points. Please allow me to point out some things:
A) On our website and as far as I know neither on booking.com or Expedia websites it does NOT says "espresso machine" it always says "coffee machine". Real sorry though for the misunderstanding.
B) We do provide self catering apartments and normally you should find salt and pepper but nothing else as we learned by our experience that it is too complicated to provide all the things one would like to find. We knowingly decided NOT to provide the little things for the above reasons.
C) As you know we are getting the lift within the next 2/3 weeks, due to a mistake from the construction company it took very long but at last we hope to have it available end of this month, beginning of August also for the rear building as the front building already has one.
D) We do provide a microwave on request as this is something only a very little amount of guests do use today and we prefer to provide a proper oven instead.
E) I will check the quality of knives in this particular apartment, maybe you are right that they are not good enough. Please forgive us for that.
F) Wifi quality is normally quite good, but depending on the number of guests using it at the same time it might vary. We therefore will get a stronger line from next week on, so this should even be very fast, no matter how many devices are online in the whole building.
However I am real sorry that we didn't meet all your expectations and hope that you had still a pleasant stay with us.
