It was alright. Too bad the beach was so narrow and the buffet food was below average

We enjoyed our stay. The best was Fiesta night. Very entertaining. Staff were great, the resort was older but clean. The pool drinks were very watered down. The beds were hard and the lounge chairs by the main pool weren't comfortable, as the were not adjustable.

My overall experience was excellent. I would definitely come again and would recommend to family and friends, except for one problem. Even though my room was nice and kept very clean, my concern is that my bathtub had black mold in the caulking. Black mold is a serious health concern. some people are more affected than others. I have been affected by black mold years ago here in Canada so I know the symptoms. Unfortunately, I started to get those symptoms in the last few days of my stay. Sore throat and congestion. I really like your Hotel and enjoyed my stay, but before I would stay there again, I would have to be convinced that the mold problem had been taken care of. I have been trying to decide if I should put this review on Trip Advisor because people need to know about the health concerns. I would rather not give a negative review, so I hope you can convince me that this problem will be resolved. If you would like, I can send you photos of the mold in the bathtub. If not for this problem, I would have been completely satisfied with my stay. I would love to hear your response. Thank you

Very good. More clarity on room descriptions is needed as we were speechless to see no mini fridge or coffee maker. Front desk staff are unhelpful and need to drop their attitudes.

Our overall experience was fabulous. We have been there before. My daughter lived in PV and worked at the Canto Del Sol for 5 years as a dancer. We went there to see and be with her and even though she's no longer there, we still go there. It is super clean, super friendly, super safe and has everything right around the corner. Canto Del Sol is #1 in my mind. We will return.

I was happy that I chose to stay there. It would be great if you had more beach, but oh well, I hung by the pool. Food good, Staff good. Overall very satisfied.

This was definitely a much enjoyed vacation at your resort, the best experience we've had at an all inclusive. However, both my husband and I got violently ill when we landed in our hotel room in Vancouver on March 25, 2019. We are still trying to figure out if it was something we ate before leaving the resort or if it was something from the airport restaurant. Neither of us have been that sick in over 30 years.
