Exceptionally helpful staff especially Lldike who helped extensively when our bike and trike got delayed on the aeroplane and then when trike was damaged,

God beliggenhet. Mye støy fra gaten særlig i helgen. Hyggelig og god service fra personalet på hotellet. Godt renhold. Frokosten var verken bra eller dårlig.

Excellent hôtel. Personnel très gentil. Un réceptionniste parle très bien le Français. Idéalement placé, près du métro (3 lignes) pour visiter Budapest et ses alentours. A recommander.

loved this location as we walked everywhere from here but it also close to the main metro

rooms are definitely adequate, no problems, just not luxurious or large and lighting is poor in bathroom but this is common throughout Europe.

I could not really sleep at night because of the noise, you should change the windows..

poor loking for the price, windows did not really stopped all that noise from the street during the night - I woked up many times because of noise

I asked at the reception to have sauna ready at 4pm, did not happend .. At 4 pm I had to go and turn it on myself. It took aditional 40 minutes to heat ut up = wasted time for me
