En general buena, no recibí la cortesía mencionada de la tarde y despedida. Me llamaron a las 10:00 de la noche y nunca subieron a entregar nada y desafortunadamente encontré la alberca y el hotel en remodelación. Pero el hotel y el concepto me gusto mucho. En general disfrutamos la estancia.

TODO PERFECTO SOLO RECOMENDARIA REDISEÑAR EL DESARROLLO DE LAS ESCALERAS HACIA LA RECEPCION DEL HOTEL, EL PERALTE DE LAS MISMAS NO CUMPLE CON LA NORMA }(MAX18CM DE ALTURA ENTRE ESCALON) SU MUY PESADAS Y PELIGROSAS , LOS ESTRIBOS DE MADERA JUNTO AL COLCHON DE LA CAMA DE LA HABITACION DOÑA ANGELINA SON INCOMODOS PARA ENTRAR SALIR Y DORMIR EN LA CAMA, POR ULTIMO SE AGRADECERIA MAS CONTACTOS ELECTRICOS EN LA HABITACION, NO HABIA NINGUNO ACCESIBLE SOLO EN EL LAVABO DEL BAÑO, DE AHI EN MAS ES UN ADORABLE HOTEL, GRACIAS
