The hotel location was excellent and the staff was extremely helpful, including securing tickets for the Alhambra.

He escogido una habitación superior en la que no hubo acceso a la televisión, no funcionaba luz general, la ventanas no son insonorizadas, que prácticamente no dejaban dormir por los ruidos de la calle, un cuarto de baño sin dispositivos para colgar toallas, un desayuno en el que hubo opción de bebida de soja pero estaba en mal estado. Un experiencia regular. Entendemos que fueron circunstancias ocasionales, pero nos han cobrado por los servicios que no funcionaban.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you and will certainly visit again .The staff were very polite and helpful.A lovely idea to provide tea and biscuits at teatime .It would have been good to have another English TV channel besides the news as that became a little monotonous.
