Excellent, we loved Granada and this hotel was a big part of that experience. Wish we could have stayed longer. It was very hot and the air conditioner worked very well, we didn't always find that in other hotels.

very very nice and good service at the reception desk on arrival. The hotel is very cosy, and situated perfectly in walking distance to city center and Alhambra. Only downside is the noise from the street which made it difficult to get much sleep - you could hear everything...

Un lugar encantador; un palacio con un ambiente acogedor, cargado de historia y con una excelente situación en una de las zonas más bonitas de Granada.

muy amable todo el personal un colchón y almohadas cómodas el buffet de calidad por poner una pega . quizás un poco más variedad de bollería y embutido
