I very much enjoyed staying at the guest house. The court yard with the rooms surrounding it made the layout of the house very unique and pleasant. I would gladly come again to stay there and would recommend it to everyone who prefers to stay in places with character and history. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The instructions provided to get to the parking lot were helpful. However I walked from the parking lot to the hotel and instructions for walking there would have been helpful as well. I didn't realize there would be signs for the hotel placed at the stairs and wasn't watching for it. I missed the hotel turn off several times until I finally looked up and saw the sign.

El lugar idóneo para embriagarte de la historia granadina

Estimado Huésped Mil Gracias por su comentario y por su valoración. Estoy completamente de acuerdo en que el Hotel Casa del Capitel Nazarí se encuentra en una zona privilegiada de Granada , rodeado de rincones pintorescos y llenos de historia . Me alegra saber que ha disfrutado de nuestro establecimiento. En su próxima visita , intentaremos sorprenderle asignándole otro tipo de habitación. Estoy convencida de que acertaremos de pleno. La amabilidad del personal, la excelente ubicación y el encanto del patio interior no está al mismo nivel de la habitación, que ha sido pequeña e incómoda. Se escuchan todos los ruidos del patio como si durmieras allí. Si abres la ventana, te ven quienes pasan por el pasillo entre los visillos. El agua de la ducha se sale y empapa el suelo. Las toallas de la primera noche no eran para cuerpo entero, sino ridículamente pequeñas. No hay una silla en la habitación. Las iluminación es fea, y eso es grave, pues como tienes que tener las ventanas cerradas para que no te vea quien pase, has de encencender la luz. Además, pese a que me ofrecieron factura tras pagar en efectivo, que no quise, no me dieron un "recibí" al menos, que esperaba recibir por haber pagado en efectivo.

Estimado Huésped. En primer lugar le doy las gracias por tomarse la molestia de escribir una valoración sobre su estancia en nuestro Hotel. Y le queremos dar las gracias por su valoración y sus comentarios con respecto a nuestra ubicación y personal. En segundo lugar le quería pedir mil disculpas debido a las apreciaciones del baño y de la habitación: nuestro departamento de mantenimiento y limpieza están tomando las medidas correctoras necesarias para mejorar el servicio. Le adjunto una copia de su factura, siempre emitimos facturas oficiales y están disponibles para nuestros clientes en cualquier momento, si las olvidan las enviamos por correo ordinario o por email en PDF. Sepa que en su próxima estancia, me encargaré personalmente de asignarle una habitación de diferente orientación, y disfrutará de unas condiciones especiales, además del 15% de descuento reservando directamente con el Hotel.
Le queremos volver a dar las gracias por su tiempo y les reitero mis más sinceras disculpas.

Good, comfortable. The directions and parking arrangments were well explained on the reservation email and clearly explained and dealt with by the staff.

Very nice hotel, friendly helpful staff. The room was small compared to the pictures on the website but it was a comfy bed and great at location :)

I loved the location, but thought I would see a huge castle when I got there...but we had a fabulous time - very friendly staff and great breakfast. Thank you!
