Dear Guest,
Thank you for your review.
First of all, I am so sorry for the inconveniences during your stay.
This weekend we had a student group and it assumed a very hard work.
I am very surprise for your review about the staff. I guarantee that we will take decisive action by his behavior with you. Our amazing staff is the best aspect valued by our guests.
I hope you will give us another opportunity to better serve you in a near future, I’ll supervise your reservation personally. I have just sent you a private e-mail with my direct contact.

Thank you for your comprehension,

La Direccion.
