Excellent hotel in a good location. The room had a good view of the Alhambra from the terrace. The cultural identity and flavor was very well presented and maintained. The only problem was that there was no lift in our section of the hotel and climbing up and down the narrow stairs was physically demanding.

On the whole I had a good stay. Very central hotel. Unfortunately a lot of noise in the night at 3 .30 onwards which sounded like someone preparing for breakfast. Also the smell of bad drains in my bathroom was often very unpleasant.

This was a fabulous place tucked away RIGHT off the Plaza Nueva, at the foot of the Albayzin neighborhood. Our tower room with a roof deck had a view of the Alhambra. The charming hotel is close to everything, and is easy to find. Don't listen to other reviewers who claim it's hard to find, or does not have easy parking. Everything one reads warns you that there is no convenient parking within old Granada and to park outside, if you have a car, so it should be no surprise: this is a wonderful walking city, where cars are not encouraged.
