Average. Room was okay but had to change plans to leave a day earlier than planned. Told desk host and was told no even though it was 3 days before the day I had to leave. Thus, I paid for a room I didn't stay in.

Next year me and my party of four will stay somewhere else. Thus, the one day charged will result in 16 total nights my company will stay in another hotel.
