Ich bin vom Flughafen gekommen, wo es ja mehrere Hotels gibt. Aber ich habe mich sehr gefreut, wieder bei Ihnen zu wohnen. Hatte sogar das Zimmer bekommen, was ich 2024 schon mal hatte. Hotel unterscheidet sich sehr positiv von anderen Hotels dieser Kategorie.

The room was stylish and well-decorated; clearly designed to impress. However, it felt like being in business class with your hands and feet tied. Despite the attractive appearance, the room was not guest-friendly. There was barely any space to walk around, and no proper place to store/place luggage. The small table was cluttered with brochures, papers, and advertisements, making it unusable. Most disappointing, I could hardly sleep—only 3 or maybe 4 hours—because of the almost constant strange noise from outside. A nice hotel in a great location, but the room was not arranged with the guest’s comfort and practical needs in mind.

We also take the noise nuisance from outside and the inadequate storage facilities for your luggage seriously, as the well-being and satisfaction of our guests is very important to us.

Wonderful. Not our first visit to Hannover but our first stay at the Kaiserhof. We hope to return for a longer period in the future.
