Hotelzimmer zu klein und unkomfortable, und auch nicht top-sauber, Badezimmer überhaupt nicht ausreichend für 4-Sterne Hotel im Stadtzentrum Hannover. Aufzug fährt zu langsam, Wartezeit am Morgen ist nicht akzeptable.
