Mijn vrouw en ik komen al vele jaren bij Kaiserhof maar dit keer viel het tegen. Maar dat kwam ook door de omstandigheden. Ik was op de roltrap op het station in Zwolle gevallen. Ik heb alle dagen op het bed gelegen en op de stoel gezeten. Ben niet naar buiten geweest. Heb niets van de kerstmarkt gezien. Ik had en heb nog steeds last van een shock door de val.
