Excellent. We discovered a problem in our shower room, but when we told the manager at reception about this inconvenience, he invited us for complimentary breakfast for our trouble. We appreciated this gesture so much, it made our stay positive and we left feeling very happy. We will probably return the next time we stay in Hannover.
