We thank you for your comment. Indeed, at Château de Berne we strive for the highest quality of service and ethics, and every comment that helps us to improve is valuable. Regarding your comment, we wanted to point out that the breakfast at the Château is free access, you are free to sit at the table you desire without wainting for a waiter to seat you. However, we do apologize for the two mornings when there was no hot breakfast. It should not have happened. Please know that we have passed on this information so it does not happen again.
