Thank you for staying at the Château de Berne and for completing our satisfaction questionnaire.
We pay close attention to all of our guests' comments. We are very sorry that your experience did not live up to your expectations and we will do our best to ensure that this does not happen again.
Our front desk manager remembers you reported that there were dirty glasses but not the other issues regarding your room. If you didn't like your room, it would have been wise to talk about it and we would have tried to find a solution together.
You also expressed your dissatisfaction with the lack of variety of products at breakfast. We confirm that we have passed on these remarks to the Chefs as well as to the department heads concerned. However, we would like to point out that all our pastries and bakery products are homemade. They are composed of a wide variety of choices. What else would you have liked to see?
Regarding the issue with the service at our restaurant. We understand your comment. Please accept our deepest apologies. We have a new and young team that is still finding its feet.
We also apologize if you thought our staff were not as welcoming as they should have been. Please know that we are always delighted to welcome international guests.
We sincerely hope to welcome you back to the Chateau de Berne and give you a wonderful time as it is our mission to do.
