Thank you for taking the time to complete our satisfaction questionnaire. Our guests' satisfaction is our top priority, and we take every piece of feedback very seriously, so that we can continue to improve. We are deeply sorry about the steam room. Our maintenance team was in the process of repairing it when you arrived at the Spa.
Regarding the price difference, we have gone back over the email exchanges we had with you and the price announced at the outset was indeed €675. This may be a misunderstanding on your part, as we were clear from the very first e-mail about the room rate. We hope to welcome you again.
