It was a very positive experience. Loved the house and the stories that go with it. We found the story of Regis’ father to be intriguing and hopefully his book will be reprinted. Once we got beyond our awe of the goose, we had a great stay!

This was some of our most incredible vacations experiences. The charming and the service was really outstanting. We want to thank to Mr. and Mrs. Roquefeuil for your hospitality, the anecdotes and the tips were a great part of our experience in Normandy/Britain. Thanks to you we travel to Dinan and St. Malo, incredible places, incredible areas, incredible country!!!. We also want to thank to (sorry, I forget the name of the lady) the spanish spoking girl that was far beyond the regular service that we usually get in hotels. thanks to you all to make us live this great experience in the Chateau the Bouceel. Très satisfait. Monsieur le Comte est un vrai "personnage" qui à lui seul vaut le détour (il enchante ses hôte avec les anecdotes de ses aïeuls et ses histoires de fantômes).
La chambre "Marquise" (probablement la plus belle du château) a une literie vraiment très haut de gamme.
Excellent séjour.

Nous avons passé un merveilleuse journée au château. Les chambres sont très belles, lumineuses et la propreté irreprochable. Le château en général a beaucoup de charme. Nos hôtes ont été très gentils. La table d'hôtes est excellente et la piscine très belle dans un cadre de verdure magnifique. Nous y retournerons.

Couldn’t be more happy with our stay. I had high expectations but the service, the castle, Erika, our room, and the overall energy/ambiance of the chateau exceeded them by far.

We stayed for four nights and enjoyed every minute. The family are rightly proud of the their extraordinary history and the various stories attached to the house and family are remarkable, particularly the illustrated war diary. Guests are made to feel welcome, at home and no detail is too much trouble. Could not recommend more.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay: a glorious chateau in beautiful countryside. The chateau is and feels like someone's (magnificent) home: the rooms and the decor is all genuine and original. The experience is like being a house guest in a friend's chateau. Our room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The dinners and breakfasts were both excellent. You need to aware that breakfast and dinner are both eaten at shared dining tables: you eat with the other guests. But we very much enjoyed that experience.
