We selected this hotel due to its location near to the Millau Viaduct and the character of the building. We were very pleased with the room, the food, the staff, and the views of the viaduct from our Castle Room.

Should we travel to this part of France again we would have no hesitation in staying here again. Our preference would have been to stay longer and experience more of the wines.
