Reception service was fabulous. The guy behind the desk was very polite, friendly and helpful.

To nie był mój pierwszy pobyt w Waszym hotelu. Za każdym razem byłem zadowolony choć miałem bardzo rożne pokoje. Rożne wielkością i wyposażeniem . Tym razem miałem wyjątkowy duży pokój z oknami na ulicę . Wieczorem było dość głośno ale po 24.00 już było spokojniej . Lubię spać przy otwartych oknach więc dla mnie to dość ważny aspekt .

serdecznie dziękujemy za kolejną wizytę i za zaufanie, którym nas obdarza jako stały Gość!
Cieszymy się, że ponownie był Pan zadowolony z pobytu, niezależnie od różnic w pokojach. Miło nam, że tym razem trafił się wyjątkowo przestronny pokój.

Uwagi dotyczące hałasu wieczorem są dla nas bardzo ważne – przy kolejnej rezerwacji polecamy pokój od strony dziedzińca, aby zapewnić spokojniejszy sen przy otwartym oknie.

Z niecierpliwością czekamy na kolejne spotkanie w Kolonii!

Clean, modern hotel in a great location. Rooms were spacious and clean, the reception staff helpful and friendly, we could see the Cathedral from our room window. Location was great with lots of cafes and restaurants right outside and the river a few minutes walk. Absolutely perfect, wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thank you ☺️

Very pleased. We will be back next year to stay, but at the one round the corner so we can avoid the Irish pub which gets very noisy during Gamescom.
