Hôtel en principe très bien mais j'ai été désagréablement suspris de ne pas avoir eu d'eau chaude dans la douche, de constater que le problème était général mais que personne n'avait pas jugé bon d'en prévenir les clients (nous donnons nos n° de tel à l'enregistrement, un SMS était possible), de ne pas vraiment recevoir d'excuses et évidemment aucune compensation (ex : petit-déjeuner offert). Attitude peu commerciale vis-à-vis d'un service de base !
