Lors de notre arrivée le jeudi 14 décembre vers 12h30 acceuil très froit, pas chaleureux du tout,aucun sourire de la réceptionniste,aucun bonjour pour mon épouse. Cette dame n'a pas sa place derrière une réception d'hôtel.
