A one night stay on October 11- I had a very important meeting the next day. I asked for a wake up call and help arranging a taxi to town an hour away. The quote for the taxi was €120-140, a very steep price so I asked for a taxi that takes credit cards. In short, there was no wake up call, the taxi asked for cash, and the fare was €193. I called the hotel and asked why I'm in this predicament and they had no suggestion or response.
