Die Lage des Hotels ermöglicht es, in fast fünf Minuten die interessantesten Ausflugsziele Kölns zu erreichen. Geschäfte und Cafes waren zu Fuß erreichbar, ohne lange Ausflüge und langweilige Wanderungen. Das Niveau des Komforts und der Einstellung zu uns Hotelmitarbeiter ist jenseits des Lobes.
Es wäre schön, die Geräuschdämmung von Fenstern und Balkontüren vor dem Platz zu verbessern.

this has to be the best hotel in Cologne! Everything was perfect - the location, the room - big bright and although right on the market place, really quiet. the staff are first class! Everyone from the manager to the waiters to the chambermaids were just so helpful kind and courteous. nothing was too much for them. Definitely be back to Cologne - and this will be my fist choice for accommodation.

Ich habe einen sehr guten Eindruck von Ihrem Hotel bekommen. Super Service, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ich würde jedesmal wieder bei Ihnen buchen.
