I’m still waiting on the manager to call me having raised a complaint on the night I stayed, again the following morning and then again through booking.com
Extremely disappointed with the lack of any customer service here. The night we stayed the room was incredibly hot, the air con and electricity didn’t work. My partner nearly got electrocuted attempting to charge her phone.
We had to open the window in order to get the room to a habitable temperature but the venue is directly above a bar that was v noisy until 5am.
extremely dissatisfied and looking for compensation or a refund.
3 requests unanswered so far. I appreciate the manager was celebrating his birthday the night of my complaint... but a 7 day hangover?
I look forward to an eventual response
